You know you do a lot of things when you out your mind to doing them. Haven’t we dread many things in life only to realise these are the things we‘re able to do.

Making our minds to face the things we fear doing which could hold the keys to our breakthrough is the most significant step to make.

Many of us are scared of public speaking because fear of how we would be perceived negatively by our audience. There some of us who’re afraid of learning to bike because of injury but we’ve learnt anyway with many falls and injuries and we often enjoy the experience. When we reflect on the things we used to be scared of and now we find joy in doing them without pains or anxiety, then you know actually you can many things only when put your mind to it.

You wouldn’t know if haven’t given it a try and when the odds are against you then you know you have tried. I once heard this statement but can’t recall the author which I could only paraphrase: the things you have been avoiding to do might be your turning points in life and hold the key to your success. And I’d add don’t avoid them but rather give them your best shot because you capable of mastering such areas.
