Be approachable

When you value the worth of people you work with or meet on daily basis you be amazed what they could offer in return.

When you show respect and humility to people irrespective of their rank or status in society especially when they can easily approach for information, guidance and clarification, you’d be surprised most people would reciprocate in double or multi-folds how you treat them.

The least you could do to people most especially those you consider meek among us is to be nice to them.
